He is a licensed and ordained minister that possesses an excellent spirit. Emanuel has spent the last twenty six years of his life impacting people both professionally and ministerially. Men of Vision President, Youth Pastor, Marriage and Family Pastor, Family and Friends Overseer, Pastoral Care Pastor, and Personal Assistant to Founding Presiding Bishop of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International, Bishop Paul S. Morton Sr. where he has traveled extensively throughout the United States and around the World. He attended the University of New Orleans and is a graduate of the Paul S. Morton Bible College and School of Ministry
Pastor Sheanell Renee’ Spurlock is the Co-Founder of Grace Covenant Church of Atlanta LLC and a lover of God. She has served alongside her husband as a New Members director, Youth Pastor and Marriage and Family Pastor.
Emanuel and Sheanell Spurlock have been married for 27 years. The Spurlock’s are the proud parents of five beautiful children Gabriel Marie, Emanuel Joseph III, Micheal Benjamin, Joshua DePaul, and Abigail Marie Spurlock.
